Bus Transfers To and From Gothenburg Airport

Gothenburg Landvetter Airport is located 13 miles/20 km east-southeast of Gothenburg and 25 miles/40 km west of Boraas. From Gothenburg Airport, you will have various options for bus transportation services that can bring you to and from your further location.

All passengers will find five major bus companies that are servicing transportation to and from GOT Airport to Gothenburg City Center. The buses that operate from the airport include Flygbussarna, Västtrafik, FlixBus, Swebus Express, and Nettbuss.

Flygbussarna

When using the Flygbuss airport coach it will take about 20 minutes to travel between the GOT Airport and Gothenburg City Center. In the center, there are bus stops at Korsvägen, Kungsportsplatsen, Nils Ericson Terminal, and Park Aveny.

At Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, the buses are located directly outside the arrivals hall.

Västtrafik

All passengers will find local buses operated by Västtrafik Company, which run to and from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport

You can take the bus route number 612 by Västtrafik, which runs to and from Landvetter Travel Center. The bus departs every 15 minutes during peak hours and the trip takes approximately 14 minutes.

The bus will stop three places at GOT Airport: Logistikvägen, Landvetter Airport, and Landvetter Hotel. You can find the Landvetter Airport bus stop outside the check-in hall of the main airport terminal.

Please be aware that it is a non-stop bus between Gothenburg Airport and Landvetter Travel Center.

Al customers can pay the bus ticket by card or with cash, either on the bus or in the self-service machines at the bus stops.

Swebus Express

If you prefer to use an express bus service, you can use the Swebus Express bus. They provide a bus connection between Gothenburg and Stockholm.

All passengers will find the bus line number 830 stops daily at Gothenburg Airport.

The express bus also stops at Boraas Central Station, which will take about 40 minutes, and at Jönköping Central Station, which is approximately a 2 hours trip.
