HERTZ Car Rental at Gothenburg Airport

Before finding your way to the Hertz Rental Car counter at Gothenburg Airport, please remember to collect your luggage from the baggage claim area. Then all passengers should follow the exit signs to the arrivals hall inside the main building of the airport.

Helpful information when using Hertz Car Rental at Gothenburg Airport

If you cannot find a Hertz employee at the Hertz counter at the time of pick-up, Hertz ask all customers to please use Self Service Kiosk.

First, you have to identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation, and your driver’s license matching the size of a plastic credit card. You will also need your passport/national identity card if your driver’s license is issued outside Sweden.

In addition, you will want your reservation number at the time you pick up your rented vehicle. When you make the rental, a deposit is obtained on your credit card.

The self-service kiosk is placed next to the Hertz parking area, on the first floor of the Rental Car garage.

Returning your rented vehicle to Hertz at Gothenburg Airport

When you would like to return your rental, this can conveniently be done at the same location as the pick-up spot at GOT Airport. You simply have to follow the signs back to the parking lot and follow the signs for the Hertz car rental station.

Hertz car rental at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT) is open from Sun 9:00 am to 10:00 pm; Mon - Fri 7:00 am to 11:30 pm; Sat 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
